This collar is made of half adjustable black leather and half multi-colored rhinestones. The rhinestones are held together by an elastic piece which acts as a very important safety feature: if the collar snags, elastic on the collar reduces the likelihood of choking. The collar is finished off with silver hardware, a buckle closure and a silver bell. Adjustable collars are not recommended for use with tie-outs.
